Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the ListExpenser mobile application (the "App") operated by Sungoal Developers ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.
By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
To use most features of the App, you must register for an account using a valid email address and name.
Guest Mode: A limited "Guest Mode" is available solely for reviewing the App's user interface. No data entered in Guest Mode is saved or processed.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

The App allows you to input, store, and manage financial data, lists, profiles, and budgets ("User Content").
Ownership: You retain all rights and ownership to your User Content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data you enter. The App is a tool to assist in tracking finances and lists; it does not provide financial advice.
Multi-Profile Tracking: The App allows you to create profiles to track expenses for others (e.g., family members). You represent and warrant that you have obtained any necessary consent from those individuals to input and track their data within the App.
ListExpenser operates on a "Freemium" model.
The free version of the App includes advertisements displayed during usage (e.g., on launch or task completion). Access to historical data in reports is limited to the current 3 months. Feature creation (e.g., number of categories) may have limits.
You may purchase a Premium subscription via Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing to unlock "Pro" features, which include:
Payments are processed directly by Apple or Google, not by us.
Subscription renewals and cancellations are governed by the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must manage your subscription settings directly through your device's app store account settings. We cannot directly cancel your subscription or issue refunds.
The App and its original content (excluding User Content provided by you), features, and functionality (including the specialized UI for List App and Expense Manager, the report visualizations, and the cross-app integration flow) are and will remain the exclusive property of Sungoal Developers and its licensors.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (e.g., via advertisements) that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT FINANCIAL CALCULATIONS WILL ALWAYS BE 100% ACCURATE, OR THAT DATA INPUT WILL NEVER BE LOST. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SUNGOAL DEVELOPERS, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; OR (II) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
